Pony is a design studio focused on web3 and blockchain projects, with a fully distributed team across Europe. We work with startups and scaleups in the blockchain space to craft outstanding brands and high-performing experiences for the companies that are reshaping the digital world.

We're looking for a talented 3D artist who's passionate about delivering outstanding brands and experiences.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record delivering visual design work. Years of experience is not important, but we're looking for jaw-dropping portfolios.

• Experience with Cinema 4D/Max/Maya/Blender, Zbrush, Photoshop.

• A good understanding of scale and composition.

• Motion graphics experience

• Experience with translating brand strategies into compelling visual stories (you think beyond assets and design rules, you like to push boundaries).

• You're not ok with design that's "ok". You aspire to develop work that is of the highest quality and you want your next piece of work to be your best.

• You're a team player. Every project at Pony is a result of team collaboration. This role might not suit you if you prefer to be the only designer on a project.

• You're self-driven and you don't need a pressing deadline to give it the best you can.

• Passion about web3, DeFi, NFTs and the Metaverse

• Location: Preferably UK. If abroad up to 3 hours time difference from the UK

What will give you bonus points:

• 2D Illustration skills

• Agency experience

• Experience with building brand identities

Main responsibilities:

• Working on internal web3 projects (NFTs/Metaverse).

• Working closely with the wider team to create unique visual assets for the brand identities we develop.

• Compose images of characters, environmental elements and other 3d objects to create stunning visual work.

• Participating and sometimes leading design workshops and ideation sessions with our partners.

• Provide multiple creative directions and ideas, then iterate upon them as projects progress.

This is a fully remote role, so it's essential for you to be comfortable with the remote working lifestyle.
