Who are we?

Pony is a web3 design studio with a fully distributed team across Europe. We work with startups and scaleups in the blockchain space to craft outstanding brands and high-performing products for the companies that are reshaping the digital world.

Over the last two years, we've built an audience of 70,000+ people across our platforms and we're looking for an ambitious community manager to come and help us grow this further and establish Pony's voice and brand in the web3 space.

You're the ideal candidate, if:

• You're passionate about web3, blockchain, the Metaverse, and NFTs.

• You're comfortable with managing multiple social media channels and engaging with people from the web3 space.

• You enjoy writing engaging content for various social media channels and landing pages.

• You like working with a content calendar, but you're happy to change the plan if you see more exciting opportunities for growth.

• You're metrics-driven and know how to track and report the impact of your work.

• You're a self-starter and love seeing your ideas implemented.

What we're looking for:

• Years of experience are often overrated, we want to see you're passionate about the space and you want to "hack" it with us.

• Experience with creating engaging content;

• Experience with growing Twitter and Discord channels is a huge plus;

• Passion about the web3, Metaverse, and NFT space.

• Excellent written and spoken English;

• Natural curiosity and a desire to learn. It's a new space for everyone, so we're looking for someone who's not intimidated by the speed things are developing in web3; they want to stay up to date with the latest trends and they would not be afraid to experiment and make mistakes.

Main responsibilities:

• You'll grow and nurture the audience of our NFT Collection, Open Mind, engaging with artists, collectors, and partners.

• You'll plan our marketing and content calendar.

• You'll host Twitter Spaces, Discord and Instagram lives with our team.

• You'll manage our Twitter, Discord, and Instagram channels.

• You'll set up and grow our TikTok channel.

• From time to time, you might be involved in the content strategy for some of our clients' projects.
