Product Designer

Who are we?

Pony is a recently founded design studio, based in London. We work with small startups, growing scale-ups and established brands to help them design the perfect user experience for their product. We work with a small number of clients at once and act as their design partner.

The majority of our projects run for 3-6 months and we invest in creating long-lasting relationship with our clients which see us as an incremental part of their product team. We put the same effort in nourishing the relationship with our team.

We’re building a well-connected remote team of experienced and motivated designers and growth experts who’re eager to work with fast-growing companies, design, experiment, learn and grow with us and our clients.

What Matters Most

• Passion to work with disruptive startups

• Several years experience designing digital products and scalable systems

• Experience turning complex problems into simple and engaging customer experiences

• Experience with Sketch, AdobeXD or Figma

• Results driven

• Eager to learn and experiment

• An appreciation for process and a desire to improve it when needed

• Be able to work both in fast-paced or relaxing environments, depending on deadlines

• Strong project and time management skills

• Enjoying to work remotely in a small team

• Self-motivated

Once a Pony You Will

🥰 Use design best practices that work and build engaging user experiences for new and existing digital products

📱 Design for mobile and desktop on Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD

👆 Build clickable prototypes and test product performance

🧠 Run UX experiments and make informed design decisions

💡 Be willing to go beyond the conventional design and always trying to invent and experiment

🎨 Be able to spot the small bottom margin which is not consistent with the rest of the of the UI
