Now we’re looking for an energetic and highly creative Brand Strategist to join us full time and help shape the next wave of brands we launch.

This is a role we’re approaching person first. We believe we can teach you anything, but passion is something that has to come from within. We’re looking for someone who’s

  • Highly creative, excited by big ideas and small details alike.
  • Passionate about grounding ideas in data and research, digging into markets and competitors to find whitespace and opportunities.
  • Experienced with content, confident in developing brand voice, messaging frameworks, and shaping the content strategy of websites.

What you’ll do:

  • Research & uncover opportunities: dive into markets, trends, and competitors to identify strategic gaps and inform positioning.
  • Define brand foundations: craft brand positioning, tone of voice, brand personality, and messaging pillars that guide everything we create.
  • Bring brands to life in words: write taglines, headlines, and core messaging - and often lead on writing key website copy to make sure the brand soul shines through.
  • Shape content design: work on the flow and architecture of websites, making sure the positioning is crystal clear and compelling across every page.
  • Collaborate closely: partner with designers, developers, and the broader team to ensure the brand story is consistent and powerful everywhere it appears.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: ideally 2–4 years in brand strategy, content strategy, or a hybrid role across marketing and copywriting.
  • A strong content background: you’re comfortable writing, editing, and developing narratives that capture a brand’s personality.
  • Curiosity & analytical thinking: you love exploring markets and backing ideas with insight, not just instinct. You’re the person your friends come to when they want to talk through their next business idea.
  • Energy & optimism: you’re proactive, collaborative, and excited by the idea of building new brands from scratch.
  • A great communicator: you’re great at explaining your ideas and the thinking behind them, and you’re genuinely excited to present your work to clients and stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn and experiment: you’re naturally curious, quick to explore new tools, and always looking for ways to work smarter and raise the bar.
  • Experience with tech & B2B brands: familiarity with technology companies or B2B environments is a big plus.
