UX & Content Strategist

Who we are

Pony is a London-based design agency that specialises in building impactful brand identities and digital experiences for tech companies worldwide.

We work with startups and scale-ups to create brands and websites that don’t just look great - they drive growth, attract investment, and stand out in competitive markets. Our reputation is built on creative excellence, sharp execution, and a deep understanding of the tech landscape. Over the past few years, we’ve partnered with 150+ companies, integrating seamlessly with their teams to deliver design that makes a difference.

We're looking for a UX & Content Strategist to help us shape smart, structured, and compelling websites for ambitious brands.

You’ll own the early phases of our web projects, defining the site architecture, planning content hierarchies, and sketching low-fi wireframes that make sense before we design a single pixel.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyse and restructure existing content into a more modern, engaging, and conversion-focused format
  • Propose new site architectures, page flows, and UX improvements
  • Plan page-level content structure and messaging hierarchy
  • Create wireframes or content-first mockups in Figma (optional)
  • Work closely with our brand and design teams to align strategy with visuals
  • Lead thinking around what goes where, and why

You’re right for this if you:

  • Can quickly see what’s missing, unclear, or outdated in a website’s content or structure
  • Know how to shape website content around user intent and business objectives
  • Are confident writing punchy headlines and mapping them to smart layouts

What we're looking for

  • Please only apply if you have a proven track record in a similar role. We’ll need to see a couple of website examples you’ve worked on before moving to an interview.
  • Ideally, you can visualise your content strategy through wireframes in Figma, but we’re flexible if you prefer another format.
  • You’ll need to be in a timezone that overlaps well with London hours.
