Known for their deep expertise in web3 and a creative approach to talent sourcing, Raydar supports companies through their growth lifecycles, helping them stay at the forefront of innovation, by finding and recruiting the best possible talent in the space.

We embraced the concept of echolocation as a metaphor for Raydar's talent-hunting expertise. In nature, echolocation is a process where some animals emit sounds and use the returning echoes to locate and identify objects. This concept inspired both the visuals and the name of Raydar, symbolising their knack for finding exceptional talent, especially those not actively seeking new roles. The visual direction, featuring vibrant and colourful 3D illustrations with soundwave-inspired shapes, not only reflects Raydar's innovative and futuristic vibe but also highlights their commitment to diversity by focusing on skills and talent, irrespective of gender or race.
